 It's
been just two years since our IPO to the Mothers market. I feel time
has passed in a flash during the years. We could transfer to the 1st
section of TSE in this short period,
mostly as the result of endless efforts of my employee and
unstinting support from all of the people around us.
During the years, Kubotek has been
focusing on the "disclosure" and "corporate
governance", according to the TSE guideline, which we found
quite important and difficult to achieve through the period when the
business environment was not necessarily favorable to us all the
way. In addition, it is my belief that the pursuit of orthodox
technology development policy resulted in our stable business
expansion, and in that sense, I present my sincere thanks to
Honorary Professor Hosaka, who was my supervisor in my carrier at
University of Tokyo, and now is one of our Directors, for leading me
up to now.
It can generally be said that the
Mothers market is the first step toward the 1st section of the TSE,
and I am happy that Kubotek could prove this by achievements. Based
on the experiences I have collected through this process, I will
strive for the steady growth of Kubotek in the future.
